I think that this is 'over powered' as some people might say. It would require much more police control to round these people up. If i had the physical injury one i could break out of any prison by killing the guard and opening my cell. Or by breaking the cell door its self. This would make the world millions of times more dangerous. I think that having this would make life near impossible if someone like this were a terrorist.

White Cat by Holly Black is a modern day fiction with a small twist. In this
world there are 'curseworkers'. Curseworkers are people who can [for example]
replace memories, inflict physical harm without making physical contact and
transform items into different things. This curse runs through families
probably suggesting it's genetic.
